You will be able to identify the buoys because they have balloons attached to them and to destroy them, you will simply have to aim at the buoy > press the Fire Missile input to shoot and pop the balloon > then you will have to press the input again to destroy the buoy.

In case in the previous location there are many players, you can go to the west of the map, where there will be a boat in the estuary southwest of Rave Cave, and three marine buoys on a wreck on the west coast of Logjam Lotus.
