Although this mission has some similarity to the one where I had to deliver the Doom case to Hope, there is a big difference that makes your job more difficult: Shuri is an NPC who has not been on the map during the entire season, therefore, you will not be able to use the memory of the NPC locations to complete the mission, which, without a doubt, turns out to be quite frustrating.
Now, Shuri can be found walking around the Nitrodome POI, but you shouldn't be overconfident, as she'll be constantly on the move, forcing you to use the map and the speech bubble emote to track her down. You'll also need to be very attentive to other players, as they'll be hunting too and therefore looking to hinder your search.
