To complete this challenge you will have to go to one of the service stations on the map. When you arrive you will have to pick up any weapon, and you will have to shoot a gasoline bomb until it catches fire, when this happens you will have to quickly turn your back on it.

When it explodes it will damage whatever is nearby and will count towards this challenge. So after completing the challenge you will receive 15K XP, and it will be marked as completed.

Another way to complete this challenge is to get on a boat in the water and look for any structures near the water. When you find it you will have to shoot a missile at it and turn quickly to get away from the structure before the missile hits it. This will count towards this challenge as well.
