The Vault Keycard is also used to open Cold Blooded Vaults, which are special vaults that are randomly dropped by defeated Cold Blooded Bosses.
How to Collect a Vault Keycard Dropped in Fortnite
If you want to collect a Vault Keycard dropped in Fortnite, here's what you need to do:
- 1. Go to the middle of Faulty Splits – This is the area where you will find the Cold Blooded Vaults. Look for a building with a large dome on top and a vending machine in front of it.
- 2. Buy 10 weapons from the vending machine – The vending machine will either be Ace’s Exotics or Ace’s Armory. Buy 10 weapons from the vending machine and you will receive a Vault Keycard.
- 3. Defeat a Cold Blooded Boss – Look around the area for a Cold Blooded Boss. These are powerful monsters with a large health bar. Defeat them to receive a Vault Keycard.
- 4. Collect the Vault Keycard – Once you have defeated a Cold Blooded Boss, you will receive a Vault Keycard. This can be found in the Shattered Slabs where you initially found the Cold Blooded Boss.
In order to collect a Vault Keycard dropped in Fortnite, you need to first go to the middle of Faulty Splits, buy 10 weapons from the vending machine, and then defeat a Cold Blooded Boss.
