Skip the colored tiles if poison arrows aren't a threat, and remove Tomatohead's golden relic to activate the Raiders of the Lost Ark rock and shake a major wall.
Try to stay out of the way of the rock if you're not in the hallway.
To the east you will find a dark foliage covered doorway, which you can enter > then turn left to find a cracked wall, which you can either jump on or go straight to a secret room complete with a couple of rare chests.
