This is one of the tasks that you will have to complete during the fifth part of Vibin' Quest, in which you will have the task of aligning the three mirrors in Shuffled Shrines, in the southeast quadrant of the map. You will need to complete this task in order to get the third Relic Fragment. So pay attention so you know how to align all three mirrors.
The first thing you have to do is go to the Shuffled Shrines, towards the southwest corner of the location, to reach an underground access point, which you will have to go through to find a mirror.
When all the mirrors are lined up, the light beam that the fans have been guiding will have hit a relic shard that is on the wall. Pick up the shard and then head to the pedestal northeast of Sanctuary to sync the shard. After you have completed the sync, you will be able to access the last session of Vibin' Quest Part 5.
For this last part you will have to access your main chamber in Shuffled Shrines and combine Relic Shards. After completing the Shuffled Shrines puzzle, you will have to look for the symbols on the ground and reorient some stone obelisks, until everything is complete.
