This is a related item to another item added in the game's 19.20 update, which introduced the Covert Cavern POI, reminiscent of the Grotto from the days of the Ghost Vs Shadow game. Covert Cavern can be found just northeast of Camp Cuddle, but in order to access it you'll need to get a keycard.
The card you're looking for is held by an IO Brute named Gunnar, who has 650 health and 650 shields, so he won't be easy to take down. Also, he is armed with a mythical SMG that you can pick up after killing him, he can also perform a charged dash attack, and he will also throw grenades. Keep in mind that you make sure that there are no other players nearby when you face him.
Brute will be patrolling Covert Cavern.
