When players possess a Shockwave Grenade, they will drop a few, and the same applies to the ammo based on the type of weapon in their inventory. Discovering Cinder (Heavy Specialist)
Cinder can be found at the Open-Air Onsen, a notable Landmark situated to the south of Demon's Dojo, nestled in a serene lake just before the path leading to Shattered Span.
Cinder, as a Heavy Specialist, brings an element of unpredictability to the team with her penchant for tossing grenades. That's all there is to her Specialist ability. While these grenades won't inflict damage on the player, they could prove to be somewhat bothersome since they have the capability to demolish structures. Cinder is a formidable force on the battlefield, absorbing damage like a pro. Her primary weapon, the Sentinel Pump Shotgun, showcases her prowess in close-quarters combat.
Understanding the Functionality of Specialists and Hired NPCs
Every Specialist possesses a distinct ability that can be activated at random after their hiring. Every Specialist brings a unique set of skills and tools to the table, highlighting the diversity in their expertise. Regardless of the situation, the hired NPCs will consistently follow the player who recruited them, even when in a Squad configuration. One player cannot engage multiple Specialists, but a teammate who hasn't hired a Specialist is free to do so. Players can now claim all 4 Specialists in a Squads match, resulting in a team of 8 players—4 real and 4 NPCs.
Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 features just 4 Specialists, as illustrated in the map above. However, this limited roster doesn't rule out the possibility of new additions in the future, particularly with Chapter 6 Season 2 on the horizon.
