You will have to climb the stairs to the lower floor, then turn left and find a closed door, where the server will be.

The other location you can go to is Colossal Colosseum, here you will find a server on a Surface Hub.

When you get here you will have to access through the south entrance and turn right, to advance through the large metal door, immediately go down the stairs towards the central sandy area and continue through the door on the left side at the end of the stairs, the which you will have to go down to find a landing with a plant and a ventilation duct nearby.

Go down this passage to find a door on the left side and behind it will be another server. Remember that you can visit either of the two, but it is only necessary to visit one.
