As you get closer to Steamy Stacks, you will see two huge structures that look like smoke stacks. Your task here will be to assemble the smoking piles.
To do this you will have to walk towards the pile from the bottom of it, and you will begin to fly up and out of the pile, which will allow you to complete the challenge.
