To find the vehicle you will need to head to the west of the map, to an area called Holly Hatchery, which used to be called Holly Hedges. On the outskirts of this place, on the west side, you will come across a garage near a gas station that has two garage doors next to each other and this is where you will find the Ferrari inside the left side of the garage.
