The first thing to do if you wonder how to get legendary weapons from vending machines in Red vs. Blue Rumble, is to access Red vs. Blue Rumble, within the Featured section of the creative mode> press "Play" after selecting it, until you manage to access a game of Red vs. Blue Rumble.There are vending machines that meet these criteria near where you start your matches. But if you want to make things easier for yourself, you will have to access the vault in the part of the map where red and blue meet.
You'll find vending machines in the vault that will freely dispense legendary weapons.
