Clear the Fort: Defeat the boss within the Fort. Once the boss is down, you are free to thoroughly explore the fort for any available chests or hidden loot.

Find the Glowing Map: On the top floor of the Fort, specifically inside the tower, you will discover a slightly glowing map placed upon a table. This glow indicates that it can be interacted with.

Receive Local Clue: Interact with this map. Upon doing so, you will receive an on-screen notification stating that a "local clue has been added", which will update the current locale on your map.
