During one such quest in Ostown, Mickey has to decide upon the correct option regarding a gremlin's missing wrench.

Upon reaching Ostown, players will have access to the Ostown Phone Network quest. The location comes along the way while playing through the game, and this actually houses Mickey's home. This quest actually starts when a gremlin you saved from within a safe will be begging for your help to recover their wrench, as it had been stolen by the phone. This won't pop up unless you refused their request to go into Mickey's house and steal it off the phone.


All you need to do for this, once you refused his request of the gremlin, go into Mickey's house and the phone is on the left. You will also still have to find three more power boxes; he'll let you know that you must turn those on before he will give you gremlin's wrench.

Epic Rebrushed Mickey: How to Find Every Power Box


Mickey will not have to go very far out of his house to find any one of the three power boxes that will complete this challenge; they are all in Ostown. To find them, however, gamers will need to use some Paint and Thinner. The location of each box, exactly, is below:

  • The first is beneath Clarabelle's garden. Her house is closest to the exit that heads back to Mean Street. In order to reach the secret compartment, featuring its spiral ramp, you'll want to use Thinner on her lawn's largest section. As you make your way down the ramp, hit the power box, taking advantage of Mickey's Paint.
  • The second is where the safe once hung. If you haven't done so before, use Thinner on the beam holding the safe. Once you've done so, use the safe to jump to the roof. The second power box is on the rear side of the roof.
  • Located on the opposite side of town from Clarabelle's house, and behind Donald Duck's sunken boat, a stone wall conceals the final power box. Once you've applied Thinner to the patch on the wall, revealing the hidden room, use Paint to access the final power box.
  • When Mickey returns to his house and speaks on the phone once more, the gremlin's wrench will be returned to him, and hence complete the quest.
