You already know how to reset skills in Diablo 2 Resurrected once per difficulty, but there is an item with which you can reset your skills and stats whenever you want. This item is called Tome of Absolution. However, obtaining this item is not that simple.
To get your hands on it you'll need to be on Hell difficulty, so you'll need to finish Normal and Nightmare > the next step is to farm items specific to the five Act bosses. These items drop randomly, though, so it will take time and effort.

Below, we list the items you must obtain from the Act bosses:
  • Twisted Essence of Suffering > obtained by killing Andariel in Act I and Duriel in Act II.
  • Hate-charged essence > obtained by killing Mephisto in Act III
  • Fiery Essence of Terror > obtained by killing Diablo in Act IV
  • Purulent Essence of Destruction > obtained by killing Ball in Act V
    • When you have all four essences you'll need to add them to your Horadric Cube > then you'll need to click "transmute" to get a Tome of Absolution, with which you can restore both skills and stats.
