Later after making sure that you meet the first requirement, you will have to go directly to Hawthrone in the Tower making sure you have started raid to ignore Gahlran's deception, to be able to start this challenge.
Starting the raid will allow Gahlran's shield to be destroyed five times in the same phase so that it only has one phase.
