The first step in completing the Intel Exchange mission is finding Room 403. This can be a bit tricky, as the room is not marked on the map. Room 403 is located on the fourth floor of one of the buildings in DMZ. Look for a building with a red awning and go inside. Once inside, take the elevator to the fourth floor.
It's important to note that sometimes Room 403 may be a Stronghold, which means it will be heavily guarded. If this is the case, you'll need to clear out all the enemies before you can enter the room. Use stealth to your advantage and take out enemies one by one.

Finding Room 403
The first step in completing the Intel Exchange mission is finding Room 403. This can be a bit tricky, as the room is not marked on the map.
