1. ECHO Log: “An Eridium Brief”

• Location: Lictor’s Black Site.
• How to Find It: Navigate through this facility to a laboratory-style room crowded with large test tubes. The ECHO device is not on a shelf or desk, but rather is resting poignantly on the ground next to a deceased body in the center of the room, revealing a dark chapter of Hyperion's experiments.

2. Dead Bolt: “Parting Gift”

• Location: Windspear overworld.
• How to Find It: Explore the rocky valleys of the main area. You are looking for a small, secluded dead end where you will discover a wrecked and abandoned vehicle. The Dead Bolt is sitting beside it, with another body lying nearby, telling a story of a final stand.

3. Lost Capsule

• Location: Windspear overworld.
• How to Find It: Look for the tallest tower in the zone. Your journey will require someclimbing. At the very summit, nestled unceremoniously next to a pile ofgarbage and debris, you will find the Lost Capsule. Remember, this itemmust be decrypted later by visiting the social hub, The Nightcap.

4. Propaganda Speaker

• Location: Windspear overworld.
• How to Find It: This collectible is guarded. You must first complete the nearby "Undepleted" challenge, which involves defeating all hostile enemies in theimmediate vicinity. Once the area is cleared, the Propaganda Speakerwill become accessible for you to destroy and collect.

5. Vault Fragment

• Location: The Vestal Garrison.
• How to Find It: Inside this fortified building, make your way to the lower levels. Seek out a small, cluttered office room—the kind often occupied by mid-level military personnel. The Vault Fragment will be sitting prominently inthis room, waiting to be claimed.

6. Vault Symbol

• Location: On a building in Windspear.
• How to Find It: This is the trickiest collectible. Look high up on the exterior wall of a large building; you’ll spot the symbol painted next to a largeventilation shaft. To reach it, navigate to the north side of the same building.
