When you finish the Dumptruck, you will have to open the trapdoor that takes you to the reward. For this you will have to connect the broken electrical cable that is on the gateway that is nearby.
To the left of the catwalk you will see the door where Dumptruck comes from, look for the valve that is in the water pipe above you and the fitting generator. What you have to do is shoot the water valve so that water flows through the pipe and creates a puddle in the wires.
Then shoot directly at the generator and turn off the electric charge that the cables connect and you can open the trapdoor. It only remains to enter through the trapdoor and get the loot.
