Set within the frozen expanse of space aboard a century-old orbital observatory, this setting is a treasure trove of mysteries and lore. Beyond the primary goal of completing the Main Easter Egg quest and battling the relentless elite enemy, O.S.C.A.R., players have a critical secondary mission: recovering every piece of hidden Zombie Intel.Collecting these artifacts, documents, and audio logs is essential for more than just bragging rights. BO7: All Astra Malorum Zombie Intel Locations

Phase 1: Uncovering the Audio Logs (4/4)

Audio Logs are usually found in plain sight within specific map zones, providing narrative snippets and character insights.

1. Fools Audio Log

• Location: The Luminarium area, where the Jugger-Nog perk machine is found.
• Acquisition: Enter the room that contains the map's trap mechanism. The log is sitting openly on a shelf against the south wall. Look carefully amongst the miscellaneous equipment.

2. Planets Audio Log

• Location: The Observatory Dome.
• Acquisition: Navigate to the northwest corner of the Dome. The audio recorder is visible on a nearby shelf, likely discarded during the facility’s descent into chaos.

3. Robotics Audio Log

• Location: Machina Astralis area, on the same floor level as the Mystery Box spawn point.
• Acquisition: This is the main, circular section of the room. Walk along the perimeter and inspect the cabinets located on the northeast wall. The log is subtly placed among the technical storage.

4. Dual Functions Audio Log

• Location: The Veilwalk section, the area known for housing the Mule Kick perk machine.
• Acquisition: Look inside the small structure, the gazebo, within The Veilwalk. The log is positioned against the west wall.

Phase 2: Solving the Document Puzzles (3/3)

Documents often require the player to interact with the environment or solve amicro-puzzle to reveal the final collectible, making their acquisitionmore complex than simple retrieval.

1. Immense Power Document

• Location: The Luminarium (the same room as the first Audio Log).
• Acquisition: Look up at the ceiling where the model solar system is displayed. Toobtain the Document, you must shoot the planets in sequence, startingfrom the one closest to the Sun and moving outward.
  • The Correct Sequence: Mercury > Venus > Earth > Mars > Jupiter > Saturn > Uranus > Neptune.
  • Successfully hitting all eight planets in the correct order will cause the model ofPluto to detach and crash down, yielding the Immense Power Document.

2. Eventful Document

• Location: Archive of Orbis, the room where you find the Stamin-Up perk machine.
• Acquisition: This document is hidden among the research materials. Locate the central table in the Archive room. You must shoot the stack of papers resting on the table. This action will dislodge the stack and reveal the Eventful Document underneath.

3. Their Town Document

• Location: Abyssal Rim area, near the Wisp Tea perk machine and the Ammo Crate.
• Acquisition: Look out west towards the massive planet Saturn. Move to the edge of the cliff andpeer over. The Document is precariously hanging off the sheer edgebelow. Crouch down near the edge and carefully interact with the document to retrieve it without falling to your doom.

Phase 3: Retrieving the Artifacts (4/4)

Artifacts are the most substantial lore pieces, and their acquisition is directly tied to completing major objectives and progressing through the Astra Malorum main Easter Egg quest. They signify milestones in your investigative journey.

1. Damaged Drone Artifact

• Acquisition: This item is acquired during the early engagement with the map's elite guardian, O.S.C.A.R.
• The Task: O.S.C.A.R. is often protected by floating drones that act as itsshield. You must successfully destroy one of these protective drones.The destroyed drone will fall to the ground, allowing you to pick up the Damaged Drone Artifact.

2. LGM-1 Artifact

• Acquisition: This Artifact is a reward for completing the complex quest dedicated to acquiring the map’s new Wonder Weapon.
• The Task: The LGM-1 quest involves multiple steps, including gathering unique componentsand using specific traps to neutralize O.S.C.A.R. Once the multi-stageWonder Weapon acquisition is finished, the LGM-1 Artifact is granted to the player.

3. Perfusion Machine Artifact

• Acquisition: This artifact is linked to a highly sensitive stage of the Main Easter Egg focused on the facility's personnel.
• The Task: The player must progress through the quest until they successfully obtain Dr. Thurston's Brain. This brain is then placed within the Perfusion Machine in the Luminarium, initiating a defense lockdown sequence. Uponsuccessfully completing the lockdown, you can interact with and pick upthe Perfusion Machine (with the brain inside) to receive the Intel.

4. Ascendant Eye Artifact

• Acquisition: This is one of the final pieces of Intel, tied to the deep-progressionstages of the Main Easter Egg involving planetary access.
• The Task: Once you have gained access to the Mars section of the map, you mustinteract with specific pylons located off the map boundary to summon the Ascendant Eye orb. To capture it, you need to use your weapon to freeze the orb above the temple structure, and then use the area's anti-gravity mechanic to jump up and grab the frozen artifact.

Successfully gathering all 11 pieces of Zombie Intel in Astra Malorum not only rewards you with significant bonus XP but provides the full,terrifying context of the space observatory's downfall, preparing youfor the final confrontation in the Dark Aether.
