This guide details how to find and assemble the Totem of the Rightful Rulership (also known as the Scales of the Oathbinder) in Avowed's Dawnshore region. Assembling this totem grants powerful buffs.

What is the Totem of the Rightful Rulership?

The Totem of the Rightful Rulership, dedicated to Woedica, provides the following buffs:

• Swift Orders: Reduces Companion ability cooldowns by 15%.
• Flames of Resurrection: Second Wind casts Ring of Fire.
• The Queen’s Burden: +2 Intellect, +2 Resolve.
• Noblesse Oblige: Reviving a Companion grants rapid Health and Essence regeneration.
• Sympathy for the Damned: Critical hits deal high Fire Accumulation.
• The Power of Command: Activating a Companion ability increases your damage for five seconds.

Each buff is associated with a specific fragment. Activating a buff requires placing the corresponding fragment on the Totem Base at your camp.

Finding the Scales of the Oathbinder Totem Base

The Totem Base, the Scales of the Oathbinder, is located at the Shrine to Woedica, east of The Rise (north of Paradis). It's on a small table in the middle of the shrine. Simply interact with it to add it to your inventory.

Placing the Totem and Adding Fragments

Return to any camp location and interact with the stone altar with candles. If you have the Totem Base, it will be placed automatically. You can then interact with the base to add fragments from your inventory, activating their respective buffs.

• Golden Flames: On the eastern coast of Castol's Folly, on pink cloth at an abandoned campsite overlooking the water.
