You will find this door below the synchronization point, which is at the base of a tower. and go around the back of the ruined structure, to use your Raven's sight and get the key that is under a pile of rubble in the area inside the tower.

To show the key you must explode the rubble with the explosives that are behind the door on the second floor which you can open with your melee weapon.

I take a jar and put it in the rubble pile to find the key.

Then go back to the fortress and unlock the door to get the resources.
