To heal in the game you will have to create health elements called vitality potions through the blacksmith NPC in the city. You will be able to find the blacksmith in the village after completing the second mission of the game called "send a message", in which you will have to eliminate an NPC.

After completing the mission, you will find the blacksmith NPC in the town square, after advancing up the stairs that go up and then turn right.

You will have to talk to this NPC so that you can make vitality potions to heal in game. But keep in mind that each passion is priced at 30 gold pieces, and in case you don't have gold, you can get it by completing missions with a good rank and collecting gold on the map.
