The first thing you have to do is complete the "Send a message" mission, which will allow you to unlock a blacksmith NPC, which you can use to create support items, weapons and armor.


This NPC is located in the town square. First you will have to go to the quest board and follow the red arrowed path until you reach a staircase that you will have to climb and at the top, you will have to turn right to get to the town square and find the blacksmith.
