To activate voice chat you will have to go to the Settings section in the game that is by hovering over the gear button in the upper right corner> access Privacy> select Voice Chat and activate the voice chat function so that it appears green.

You will then have to go back to the account information tab to find most of the general account information. Once the chat is officially live, you will see the button for identity verification on the account information page.

Once activated, return to the Account Information tab, where much of your general account information is stored.

To verify your age, you will have to select the Verify age button to upload the photo ID or scan the ID with your mobile device and wait for the approval notification that should be sent to your email.
