Hologram Pads can turn players into inflatable balloons. The Risky Reels one can be found in the corner of the area with the swings and playground. The Sheriff's Office hologram can probably be found around the outside walls of the building.

To use the holograms, you will have to move through them and for them to activate automatically, turning you into a bouncing pink bubble.
