The first thing is to wait for your character to turn 18 and graduate from high school, when they get a GED, they will have the opportunity to accept jobs in the Occupation tab. Initially, you will have to accept the job of a deacon, which will eventually become a priest. But keep in mind that the chance of it happening is random. Be sure to check out all available jobs and see if they are offered, when you find one simply apply and wait to be interviewed.

In case you don't find the job in the Occupation tab, you can close it to prevent your character from aging to try again later.
